Customer Compliance Statement

At Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical and legal compliance, in line with the laws and regulations of India and international export controls. In order to minimize potential business risks and ensure the safety and legality of all transactions, we request that our customers confirm and agree to the following terms related to their compliance with applicable laws and export regulations.
1. Compliance with Indian and International Export Laws
I, the customer, confirm that all products purchased or to be purchased from Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as SEMINEST) comply with the export laws and regulations of the Government of India, and any applicable regulations from other countries, including but not limited to the United Nations (U.N.), European Union (EU), United States (U.S.), and other governing bodies. I understand that these regulations may apply to certain end-users, end-uses, or destinations and that SEMINEST operates under such guidelines.
2. Restrictions on Embargoed and Sanctioned Countries
I agree that I will not transfer, re-export, or resell SEMINEST products directly or indirectly to any embargoed or sanctioned countries, regions, individuals, organizations, or entities as specified by the applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Treasury’s Special Designated Nationals List (SDN), the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Denied Parties List, and Indian government regulations.
3. Compliance with End-Use and End-User Restrictions
I confirm that I am not engaging in any transaction on behalf of any entity subject to sanctions under the SDN List or any other restrictive lists maintained by the Government of India, U.S. authorities, or international bodies. I further warrant that the products purchased will not be used for activities that violate international law, including the development of weapons of mass destruction, internal repression, or human rights abuses.
4. Prohibited Uses
I agree and warrant that SEMINEST products will not be used for any military, chemical, biological, nuclear, or other weapons of mass destruction purposes. Additionally, I confirm that SEMINEST products will not be used for the development, manufacturing, or deployment of any systems that could be used for nuclear weapons, rocket systems (including ballistic missiles), or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
5. Restrictions on Sensitive Products
I confirm that any products purchased from SEMINEST that are not labeled as EAR99 (Export Administration Regulations) will not be used in the manufacture of advanced computing systems or integrated circuits related to semiconductor manufacturing, as outlined in applicable export control laws.
6. Export Prohibited Countries
I understand that SEMINEST products are not to be exported or re-exported to the following countries, which are subject to international sanctions or embargoes: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Russian-occupied Ukraine, and Syria.
7. Documentation and Information Requirements
I agree to comply with SEMINEST’s request for export/import information and supporting documents when necessary to ensure compliance with Indian and international export laws and regulations. This includes providing accurate information about the destination, end-user, and intended use of the products.
8. Notification of Compliance Changes
I agree to promptly notify SEMINEST in writing in the event of any change in my compliance status or if I can no longer comply with the above commitments.
9. Acknowledgment of Compliance Statement
By placing an order with SEMINEST, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Customer Compliance Statement. I understand that failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of my order or the termination of my account.
10. Validity
This Compliance Statement applies to all orders made with SEMINEST, both current and future, and remains in effect until further notice or renewal.
This Customer Compliance Statement ensures that Anushakti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. operates in full accordance with Indian and international laws, protecting both our customers and our business from potential risks related to non-compliance. By adhering to these commitments, customers contribute to the ethical and legal conduct of global trade.
