2. Orders, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
Placing Orders
Orders on SEMINEST.in are placed through the online shopping process. The steps to place an order include:

- Receive order confirmation and delivery details
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled under certain conditions, and cancellation after an order has been shipped is not allowed. Non-standard products, which include special orders and products that require customization, are non-cancelable and non-refundable. If a customer wishes to cancel an order, we may charge reasonable cancellation or reliance fees. Once the order has been processed and picked up by the shipping carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.
Changes to Orders
Requests to change an order should be made promptly by contacting our support team. However, any request to modify an order will be subject to SEMINEST’s approval. Non-standard products cannot be changed or returned without the agreement of SEMINEST.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods
We use multiple shipping methods depending on your location. Shipping costs will be added to your order during checkout and will be visible before the final submission of the order.
Import Duties and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and brokerage fees that apply to their orders. These charges are outside of SEMINEST’s control and will be calculated during checkout.
Shipping Delays
While SEMINEST strives to fulfill orders promptly, delivery times are not guaranteed, and shipping may be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance or product availability.
4. Handling and Restocking Fees
Order Processing Fees
There is no minimum order amount required. However, if your order total is less than ₹1,000, a handling fee may apply. This fee covers the labor costs associated with processing the order.
Restocking Fees
If a customer wishes to cancel part of an order after it has been processed, a restocking fee of 15% may apply to cover the cost of handling and returning the item.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing Information
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on the Site, SEMINEST cannot guarantee the accuracy of all prices listed. Prices may change without notice due to market fluctuations, supplier pricing, or any other unforeseen factors. Prices listed on the Site are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping charges.

6. Return and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
Restocking Fee
Returns of products not due to defects or errors are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products are non-returnable, including non-standard or custom-ordered products, or items that have been opened or used. Products identified as “Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable” (NC/NR) cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
7. Force Majeure
We will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or issues related to third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or government regulations. SEMINEST reserves the right to cancel or delay orders if such events occur.
8. Warranty
All products sold through SEMINEST are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. SEMINEST does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. If a product is defective, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. SEMINEST is not responsible for defects resulting from improper usage, installation, or modifications by the customer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEMINEST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any products purchased on the Site, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
